Standard Transaction Structure (Consigned to your Bank is also a solution)
To ensure efficient execution and secure allocation of inventory, our standard commercial terms are:
- 60% payment upon successful sourcing and order confirmation
- 40% balance upon arrival of the shipment, consigned through the banking institution or agreed financial channel
Specialized or Customized Orders (Send us an LOI when making an order)
For high-demand, customized, regulated, or specially sourced pharmaceutical products, the following structure may apply:
- 25% deposit upon order placement
- 35% payment upon successful sourcing and supplier confirmation
- 40% balance upon shipment and delivery in accordance with agreed terms
